The son of a Japanese cuisine chef, food is in Kei Kobayashi’s DNA. A nature-rich childhood in Nagano Prefecture sparked an early passion for cooking and paved the way for Chef Kobayashi to follow in his father’s culinary footsteps.

In cases where there is a wide variety of ingredients that you cannot consume, such as meat, seafood, gluten, dairy products, vegetables, and fruits in general, we may unfortunately be unable to accommodate your reservation.
Please be advised that we are unable to cater to vegetarians, vegans, or individuals with dairy allergies, as our menu features course meals that showcase a modern interpretation of traditional French cuisine.

Normally, we do not offer a buyout for the entire restaurant.

DO YOU HAVE RESTAURANT GIFT CERTIFICATES AVAILABLE?

Yes, we offer dining tickets for Héritage by Kei Kobayashi, our French-Japanese restaurant in Roppongi, which includes a course menu with wine pairing for two guests. Additionally, hotel gift certificates are available for purchase at the front desk and are redeemable for accommodations, dining experiences, and spa services.

CAN WE DO PHOTO SHOOTING?

Yes, for personal use. Please be careful of the flash so as not to bother other guests. Please refrain from using tripods or other items that may damage the atmosphere of the restaurant or affect the service. For business purposes (corporate PR, promotional tools, etc.), please contact the hotel's public relations department.

IS THERE A COMPLIMENTARY TICKET FOR THE PARKING?

For payments of 5,000 yen or more, parking is complimentary for one hour, payments 7,000 yen or more, parking is complimentary for two hours, payments 10,000 yen or more, parking is complimentary for three hours, and if you spend 15,000 yen or more, parking is complimentary for four hours.

IS IT A WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE RESTAURANT OR IS THERE A MULTIPURPOSE RESTROOM?

Héritage by Kei Kobayashi has no steps, thus wheelchair-accessible. Multipurpose restrooms are located on the Ground Floor, 1st, 2nd, and 45th floors.
